1- Brief: Pragana & The super Ginga
​
Pragana and The Super Ginga is a Belgian-Brazilian music band based in Gent, Belgium. Their goal was to create three different logos for three different functions. One logo for social media, one for banners and flyers, and one for T-shirts and socks.

References are fundamental to the start of the creative process. It provides an idea, plan and direction for creation. In this case, the band asked for something related to bright, tropical colors, very lively and fun, with the singer's dreads "floating" like a Medusa. They were also asked to add a striking object of theirs, a pair of vintage glasses
2- ​Creation and Prototyping:Pragana & The super Ginga

A visual identity is a set of graphic elements that aim to communicate the idea, values, purpose and mission of a company, product or service to the public. Some elements of visual identity are: name, slogan, colors, typography, packaging and other advertising pieces. Branding, or brand management, involves actions related to purpose, values, identity and positioning. In other words, without well-defined branding, it is not possible to create an identity, since it is branding that dictates the brand's premises, and the visual identity defines the essence that will be unfolded in visual content.

3- Test and Finalization:Pragana & The super Ginga
In order for a company to really position itself and have a recognizable identity in the market, it needs to do a good job of visual identity and branding. It helps to create the memory of the brand in the consumer's mind through visual identity and portraying the values, purposes, positioning and others. This highlights the importance of a clear visual identity, where all this design and communication (branding) is aimed at identifying and individualizing the brand, making it unique in the market.
